Citicourt & Co is a a investment bank led by successful entrepreneur Jodi Bartin. The firm has a rich history of advising hundreds of companies, including strategic corporate finance advisory, fundraisings, and M&A. Prior to Citicourt, Jodi played a vital role in forming and developing the leading technology team for what is now the UK’s largest small-caps broker, during the financial crisis. With a robust global network spanning the UK, US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Jodi is currently spearheading Citicourt’s growth strategy, launching new Funds and a Property / Renewable Energy divisions, and executing successful fundraising, M&A, debt/equity transactions, MBO’s, MBI’s, and public to private transactions for private and listed companies with a large focus on Space and Aerospace.  Jodi’s experience extends to mentoring early-stage businesses through to hundreds of millions of pounds for clients, and partnerships with ESA funded Space Linkers and serving on multiple boards and advisory boards. She actively facilitates mergers of UK and European space companies, especially those reaching the end of the runway, to enhance their growth potential within a larger group, and assisting blue chip space and aerospace companies on their strategic acquisitions.
