Charles is the Programme Manager for Moonlight at ESA, coordinating ESA and Industry in the successful implementation of Lunar Comms and Nav. Prior to Moonlight, Charles led the development of Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL)’s Lunar Pathfinder Relay Communications satellite, working to established ESA’s Commercial Lunar Mission Support Services (CLMSS) partnership, a framework for the service delivery of lunar communications to ESA and commercial lunar relay services offerings to the global community.
