Speaker profile

Sue is VP Commercial Management at AAC Clyde Space, responsible for the creation, negotiation, compliance, and renewal of contracts across all departments within the AAC Clyde Space group, for both customers and key suppliers. Her role also encompasses orbital regulatory oversight and satellite insurance. She enjoyed 15 years in IBM UK, where she gained significant commercial, contract negotiation and leadership skills. She entered the space sector by gaining a postgraduate certificate in Space Science in 2018 and serving as Business Development Manager at the Scottish Centre of Excellence in Satellite Applications (SoXSA) before joining AAC Clyde Space in 2020. Sue is also an Advisory Board member of ESSI, the Earth Space Sustainability Initiative.
