Andy Bennett has worked for 10 years as the Space Lead at Innovate UK Business Connect, designing and running programmes and supporting the space community in the UK. The core work has involved supporting UK space businesses with their commercialisation activities, business model development, sourcing grants and private investment, and establishing connections and collaborations using his vast network of contacts. He has recently been working at the intersection of finance, climate, nature and earth observation data and ran a programme with NatWest to support the adoption of satellite data for nature and biodiversity related products and services (https://iuk.ktn-uk.org/news/space-and-finance-companies-build-nature-based-solutions/).
