Lise Kabarere is a Satellite Communications Analyst at the Rwanda Space Agency, where she is leading key satellite operations projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering partnerships to advance Rwanda’s space sector. She has played a pivotal role in expanding the country’s satellite capabilities, facilitating international collaborations, and supporting the sustainable growth of satellite services.

With a background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, Lise combines expertise in telecommunications, data analytics, and space technology to drive innovation. She is dedicated to leveraging satellite communications to bridge the digital divide, drive socio-economic development, and create meaningful impact in her country and beyond.
