Lithuania Country Showcase: Lithuanian High-Tech Industry space success stories

On 11th March 2025 Lithuania celebrates the 35th anniversary of regaining its Independence. Over these years, the country has taken an undoubtedly successful path to European space industry. In 2014 two small satellites were launched, marking the beginning of space industry development in Lithuania. In May 2021 Lithuania joined European Space Agency (ESA) as an associate member and adopted the Space sector development concept in 2022. In addition, in 2022 Space Hub LT at Innovation Agency Lithuania, dedicated to advancing the space sector, started operating.
Lithuanian companies have been instrumental in the journey.
