Dr. Bilal Outirba is an aeronautical engineer and senior researcher for Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He currently serves as a liaison officer for Wallonia’s Joint Research Institute 4 Space (JRI4Space). He is responsible of fostering collaborations between universities, research centers and industries, and supports the strategic development of the consortium by aligning research and development activities with local industries needs and positioning the consortium within international and federal initiatives.
