Michal Brichta works as the Director of the Slovak Space Office – Industry Branch operating within the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency. In 2019 he initiated a new strategic approach to the comprehensive development of national space industry capabilities.
Building on this approach, his team works today to support the further development of the Slovak space sector and its internationalization with a focus on the full utilization of the country’s strong industrial and R&D potential.
Michal Brichta is also the Slovak Delegate to the Council of the European Space Agency and a Vice President of the largest global space sector association, the International Astronautical Federation.
