Matthew Harris is the Space Focus Area Lead for QinetiQ – an innovative space engineering company
that blends mission services, consulting and transformation expertise, and data and technology solutions
to advance National Space enterprise capabilities including space economy and infrastructure
development. He is the Director of Strategy and Governance for Beyond Earth Institute – a public policy
think tank working to create and sustain a legal and policy framework that enables vibrant human
communities beyond Earth. Mr. Harris is a recognized thought leader on space infrastructure development
and the integration of systems into space architectures including off world domains
