Bianca Cefalo is the CEO and Co-founder of Space DOTS Ltd, pioneering the in-space R&D, testing and in-situ quality control of advanced materials, developing some of the foundational building blocks necessary to ensure the viability of a sustainable circular economy for space.

As a Spacecraft Thermal Engineer and Deep Tech Sales and Communication Expert, Bianca’s expertise is unparalleled, making her a sought-after Keynote Speaker.

Former Space Systems Product Manager at Airbus DS UK and Director of Aerospace and Defence at Carbice US, Bianca earned her MSc in Aerospace and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Naples ‘Federico II’ (Italy), specializing in Spacecraft Systems, Hypersonic Aerodynamics, Microgravity and Satellite Remote Sensing.

Bianca’s journey to the forefront of the space industry began in 2013 when she became the youngest Italian analyst assigned to the HP3 Instrument aboard the NASA/JPL Insight Mars Mission, which successfully landed on Mars in 2018.

Over the past 12+ years, she has played an instrumental role in delivering numerous science and commercial spacecraft platforms sponsored by NASA, ESA, DLR, UKSA, and EU.
