Adrian is a founding director of Nixene Publishing Ltd and the Editor of the Nixene Journal, a monthly publication for international subscribers providing insight into the fast-moving world of graphene and 2D materials. Based at the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre (GEIC), at the University of Manchester, UK, Adrian is also a member of the board of directors of the International Space Elevator Consortium (ISEC)
He began his career as a scientist and is a Chartered Chemist and Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and has over 20 years’ experience in industry working at an international chemicals company. He worked in Technical Service then R&D where he created several patents and was promoted to global market information management after an MBA at the University of Bradford (UK) before changing career to work for one of the leading global consulting companies.
Since 2014 he has returned to his enduring interest in science and is now focused on the world of graphene and other 2D materials.
