The rapid growth of the industry presents an opportunity for recent graduates to enter the industry, but barriers to entry still exist. One of the key issues that the discussion will address is the skills shortage, the perceived lack of diversity in jobs available and how the space sector can focus on solutions to the key issues such as skills shortage, lack of diversity and marketing, limited access to internships, and lack of graduate opportunities to attract and retain talent.
