Contingent Workforce Solutions specialist, Joel Forrester, will be exploring how to attract world class STEM talent to the UK space industry, to meet growing demand as the space industry expands.

Space STEM talent is currently being lost to other industries, with workers joining other STEM sectors and various overseas space programmes. Joel will be demonstrating how to attract and retain the best quality applicants, including niche talent with highly specialised skills. He’ll also dive into the importance of ED&I and how, by increasing diversity and inclusion for underrepresented groups, the sector can reach new heights.
